Captain America's Shield 1:1 Replica Build

Done for my teacher's Christmas present, I built Cap's shield from an old steel sled. It was coated with this really tough powder coated paint, so taking off that took about a week in itself. This has been my favorite project so far, and I'm in the process of building another one after a few requests. The crate was a last minute decision I did the day before our Christmas party, and I felt like that really brought the whole project together, along with the comics I found.
